optiplex 780 no video 2 3 4
optiplex 780 no video 2 3 4 first computer was saying can't find operating system few days later try it again now no screen also I believe the lights 2 3 & 4 have been blinking the whole time check power supply power supplies good it starts fan runs but no no screen seen something about possible USB failure on the internet but not sure what that means I had to fix it any help I would appreciate it

Flashing Amber Power Button = Bad Power Supply.
If it doesn't beep at all there are bigger issues.
1 and 3 = BAD RAM
1 & 4 = power connector faulty.

If the monitor cannot display error messages during the POST, the computer may emit a series of beeps that identifies the problem or that can help you identify a faulty component or assembly. hey mate thanks for the help and yes it is a usb issue try to use a different usb peripheral

Try removing USB peripherals and try to boot the machine again Power is not the problem here. The issue could lie in the USB ports, the internal USB, or the front panel PCB.
