optiplex all-in-one microphone

where is the microphone?  when 2 of us are on a zoom call, other participants can only hear one of us (the one facing the left side of the monitor); person on right side cannot be heard.  How fix?

    Array microphones should located at number 2 in the system ports and slots pictured below.
