Go to SolutionP3421W, with Optiplex 7000 MFF?
I'm wondering about connecting the P3421W curved USB-C monitor to an OptiPlex 7000 MFF, can't add a different graphics card to the micro so will the built-in video support WQHD. In a chat with Dell they said it would but only one of the curved monitors would work which is fine, there will only be one. I'd like a second opinion. Better to connect with USB-C than DisplayPort? the Optiplex is Windows 11.

Should be problem-free with WQHD.
Just to share, I'm using a OptiPlex 7000 MFF (12700T / UHD770) tgt with a 40" 5K2K (5120x2160) monitor. The spec said I needed the optional USB-C Display Alt Mode port to drive 5K2K@60Hz, so I ordered it. In the real world reality, the two built-in DP1.4a and the USB-C Display Alt Mode ports can flawlessly drive the monitor at max spec 5K2K@75Hz with a DP1.4 or a USB-C 40GB cable. WQHD is a easy job for it.
Can you share the part URL for the USBC Card for the 7000. Depending the power supply comes with 2 or 3 display ports 1.4,
Spec sheet doesn't specify type C port has DP1.4 support or not.
I don't see why not, go ahead
