ITAssistant alert - any ideas?

Anyone know what this message means:

Severity:Critical, Message:A component in CIO enclosure .1.3.6.1.4.1.795.2.12.4.1.1.1.1 has changed state.

This is also cropping up at the same time as well:

Severity:Critical, Message:The storage device .1.3.6.1.4.1.795.2.12.2.1.1.1.2 has changed state.

Keep getting lots of these, any ideas?

Thanks

I haven't seen this message before, but if I was to guess I'd suggest that it is originating from an external storage device such as a PV220, PV650 or an MD1000. If you have a storage system connected to a server being monitored by ITA, then start there.
