Poweredge SC 1430

Unable to power on my Poweredge SC1430 server. Diagnostic lights 1 and 3 comes on and the power button turns amber and blinking when I press the Power buton. I have changed the Power cable but no joy. Any help will be much appreciated.

    If 1 and 3 are flashing, then there is an issue with the PS. If they are solid, then it may be the memory. Here is more information about the diagnostics LEDs for that system:
