I have One Dell server R300 model and few months ago we had a problem with the CPU (E1410 CPU Error) and since the server is still under warranty we send it to Dell Cyprus for repair. Couple of weeks later i call about the server and they told me that they change the CPU and the motherboard but now the server is giving other error (E1118 CPU Temp Interface Error.) As a result the Fans of the servers are spinning in High speed and make a lot of Noise. They told me that they check everything on the server, they update the BIOS firmware to the latest version (1.5.2.1) but they still have problem and they couldnt undestand why. I ask them to send me the server because i need it to work and if they have any feedback regarding the problem to send them again the server for repair. Unfortunately since today we haven't receive any feedback and we need to repair the server because we can't use it with all that noise.

Is anyone who can help us to solve the problem?
