Replace PERC 3/Di battery

We have a Dell Poweredge 2500 with a PERC 3/Di controller. I've reconditioned the battery with the software but it still says it needs reconditioning. Can someone tell me what battery is on the controller so I know what to go buy?

    It may not be your battery. I think certain versions of array manager can cause this. You may want to contact (phonecall) Dell server support and find out details about this message.

    Its not a standard battery.
