SC420 Processor Swap

I bought my Poweredge SC420 with a Celeron. Will there be any issues if I replace it with a Pentium 4 processor? If so please specify which processor(s) are suited...

    P4 is good to go.
     
    Knowing what Intel chipset is on the Mobo, will determine what the limits are, and the Bios also comes into play.

    My SC-420 came with the Celeron 2.8
    I installed a "SL7Z8" P-4, 3.2Ghz, 2048 L2 cache, 800Mhz FSB, Socket LGA/775  (cpuid: 0F43h)
    No problem what so ever. In this machine I'm on right now.
