TPM Module 8T8C5 compatibility?
Hello guys,
Does anyone have any information on this TPM Module 8T8C5? I am unable to find anything from Google and Dell other than https://www.youritdelivered.com/dell-8t8c5-assy-crd-scty-ctrpm-8t8c5/
There are other links to this 8T8C5 but they are not in English nor they mention anything other than "DELL ASSY CRD SCTY CTRPM".
I have purchased a TPM 2.0 Module for my T430 (on eBay and the picture says M48YR) but the seller had shipped a 8T8C5 and claiming it is compatible and asked me to try again.
Is this even a valid/genuine Dell TPM? The back of the TPM seems legit with DELL and 7HGKK printed on the PCB.
The only thing I get in the BIOS is Unsupported TPM Hardware and the seller insisted it is compatible.
And just to be sure, I have also done a system erase as well as re-installed all the latest update, BIOS, Life Cycle Controller, iDrac, etc.

@DELL-Young E Just want to double confirm, M48YR, K98XH, RXW6R are compatible for T430, correct? I have a seller saying M48YR is not compatible but I trust a Dell moderator more.
