    Hello Alshawwa

Here is a link to the lifecycle controller repair:

    http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?DriverId=257NM&FileId=2731104259&productCode=poweredge-r710&urlProductCode=False

To access the iDRAC/BMC embedded web server you will need to have network capables attached to the integrated NIC ports, or to the dedicated management port. If you have the BMC/iDRAC(CTL+E) configured to dedicated then it will use the dedicated port. If it is configured to shared then it will use the integrated NIC to connect. Onc the NIC is connected you should be able to remote into the EWS.

If the repair utility does not resolve the issue then I would recommend disconnected/removing any 3rd party hardware from the server. The USC may be stalling during the hardware detection while it is booting. If there is no third party hardware in the server then I would start reseating and disconnecting components to limit the possible points of failure. A device that is not properly connected can cause it to fail as well.

    Thanks
