Hi, may I ask your server model/service tag is? Also the YouTube link is nowhere to be seen  in your post. Please double check and have a great one!

    Hello there,

Normally a disk bliking fast in green means the drive is either rebuilding, or preparing for removal.

Anyways, let's use a more complete diagnostic tool. Do you have Open Manage Server Administrator installed? Or iDRAC access? Both of this will provide you better info about the disk status.

    Regards.

    Hello Tutjew,

Check this page and see what the drive led's mean"

Dell Enterprise HDD : What is the meaning of LED on Physical Drives (PD) ?

You can also export a controller log and see what is going on:

To get controller log: in Open Manage, expand Storage>select the controller.

Click Information/Configuration hyper link at top.

Use the ‘Controller Task’ drop down>

select Export Log, click Execute and Export on next page.

Log will be in Windows folder with file name LSI_####.log

I found this topic and I am having an issue that may be similar. My drives are all blinking what seems to be randomly. I checked open manage and drives are all good, I had one going out and it has been replaced and rebuilt. Now my only issue is a firmware update and from what I can tell that update has been out some time so I don't see that being the problem
