Hi,
After repleced degraded disk on poweredge m910 blade server (RAID 0) RAID controler do not see new disk. New disk is the same as degraded disk.
BIOS 2.11.0
Dell LifeCycle Controller v1.7.5 1.7.5.4
PERC H200M (Embedded 07.03.06.00)

If you boot to the controller BIOS (Ctrl-C) and then select SAS Topology - then select Direct Attach Devices, are the drives visible from there? If not then there is likely an issue with the drive or the slot, is the replacement seen when in any other slot?
Lastly, is the server and controller current and up to date as well?
