MD3200i Raid Controller Host Port configuration failing

I'm trying to change the IP address of Raid controller module 0, port 0.  Every time I try I get "Error 1007 - Could not communicate with the Raid controller module in slot 0 to complete this request.

I was able to change the IP address of the modules management port.  I am also able to change the IP address of module 1.  Further, I have swapped the two modules and get the same error.

Network cable is plugged in, port shows "connected".  Switch shows connection.  Baffled.

Anybody?

If MDSM cannot communicate with one of the controllers it will still let you pull up the unit via the other controller, but certain settings/commands will not work if they go to the controller that MDSM isn't communicating with.

Remove the member from Enterprise Management, and then re-add it, but re-add it manually (not auto discovery) and put in both controllers' IP addresses. After this try changing the settings again on the physical ports.
