You could try a /f with the firmware and see if it will force flash. TUSB9260 seems like it is the usb controller it uses and maybe it isn’t seeing anything beyond that.

Have you tried any of these drivers? https://dell.to/3B1qwyn It may just be a bad device though.

It’s possible, but since we tried force flashing and it didn’t work it may not be recoverable.

    Hello @joao.silverio,

As a first step it is important to update the BIOS, the PERC and if possible the RD1000. To update the server, please navigate to the https://dell.to/3aOIDx0, select your server model and download the appropriate drivers and firmware. Also for any mechanical or detection problem, please try to completely reboot the server.

    Please, let us know.
    Regards.

Is it Dell branded? Was it bought second-handed? Maybe it is an OEM product... if so, that means it might have a custom firmware and therefore, maybe not possible to update.

    Regards.

It is Dell branded, this unit was already used but it was cheap.

Is there something i can do to install the official firmware?

With it being windows it would be the file name followed with /f, so for example firmwareupdate.exe /f

Let me know if that helps clarify.
