I did the same thing on a Dell PowerVault 132T, the magazine will allow the tape to be inserted the wrong way, I have a magazine of 7 tapes stuck in the wrong way and another magazine with one tape stuck in it. Any one know how to get these out without damaging the tapes or the magazine.
