Suggested upgrade path

Good Day everyone,

We have a MD3220isci with a MD1200 attached to it, what would be proper upgrade path to buy a new hard drive matrix?

thanks for reply, I meant the suggest new buy to replace those units since they are bit obsolete. also since we are on 1Gbps Isci we would like to upgrade to 10GE or fiber channel if makes some sense price/value.
