Has anyone seen this before? Can someone point me in the right direction to get this resolved?
While I agree that changing to Redhat Enterprise would in all likelyhood eliminate the issue, I thought the purpose of this community was to help make the software work on distributions other than what was officially supported. Am I wrong in this assumption? Anyway, the error I'm recieving doesn't seem to indicate a distribution specific error. It appears that I have a problem with yum maybe that's not allowing this to install properly. But then, that's just my opinion and why I asked the question here.
Unfortunately, OM support on CENT OS is not supported at all (including OS installation). For Linux based OS, OM support is for REDHAT, which is what DELL has validated on. Questions like this have been brought up in the past, but there has been no OM development/testing on CENT OS. CENT OS will will work OK on the server itself, but no with OM. However, your comments will be passed to the Linux/OM team to see if there are any known tips to make this work.

I am having the same error as the above while using CentOS 5.2 (based off Redhat 5.2). I was wondering if dell has solved this issue fast enough.
