I have a Dell T7600.

I converted a Noctua NF-A9 PWM fan from standard 4pin cable to Dell following your wiring instructions.

STD.     Dell

Yellow. Green

Red      Yellow

Black.   Black

Blue.     Blue

When I hit the power button, the fan starts for a moment and it stops, then it does not spins. When I switch

off the fan has a half-second spin and the system is off. I am running vmware and the PC is loading fine.

I am wondering what could be the cause.
