dell precision 7510 turned off itself under 100 %load during tests

Hi,

I have a Dell Precision 7510  with 32 GB RAM.

My laptop turned off automatically during Cinebench R 23. 10 mins multi-core test because immediately  after running this test  core #0 reaches 98 and higher.and turned off itself.

When I run a hardware scan with Dell support assist,  under 100% load, the max temperature of core#0 and #2 are  95 centigrade and the max temp of Core#1 & #3  are 80 and 82. Would you please help me?

P.S.: I think the fan works properly because it can low the temperature from 70 to 40 quickly.

technecian just has  repasted it and changed thermal pads with 1mm thermal pads
