Hi,

 

I just got a new HD put into my Dell M6800.

 

My machine is:

 

Dell Precision M6800

3.7 ghz

16 GB

Win 10

AMD Firepro M6100

 

Problem now is that my graphics card driver is not showing up on the Device manager.

So I downloaded drivers from the Dell site and from the AMD site, but I'm getting the error each time:

 

173 AMD Software cannot proceed as no AMD graphics hardware has been detected

 

BUT the graphics card IS installed, and I had it checked when the drive was replaced.

 

It was working BEFORE the HD was replaced, so maybe the new Windows install has thrown up a problem?

Or something...

 

Can anyone suggest how I can troubleshoot this?
