Problem with dell laptop and return issue (kinda long)

Hello, I have a precision 5760. I purchased it Jul 30, 2021. Received it in mail Aug 12, 2021. I tried returning it  around the beginning of September dell said my return period closed. I am assuming my return period closed around August 30 because of the 30 day return period. I think I should have had until September 12 which is today but exactly 30 days from receiving the product. I think my return period should have started when I actually received the laptop BUT THATS NOT THE ONLY PROBLEM!

The reason why I want to return this laptop. First my USB devices frequently stop being recognized by the computer. Then I get blue screens. sometimes the computer automatically just loads up the bios out of no where and starts diagnostic itself (frequently). And the worst the PC starts to crank up the fans, closes the screen or just closes IDK. Then when I try to turn it back on, I hold the power button wait still no response. Then I have to hold it again for a couple more times till it actually turns back on. (((I tried fixing the issue. Went to settings turned off a bunch of stuff like stop devices when my computer sleeps. I went to bios and looked there to see if there can be any problems there. I updated bios. I even redownloaded windows 4 times. redownloaded drivers. Self diagnosed the PC to see if it detects a problem. Still no help.)))

I paid about 3k for this machine and I don't expect to have this many issues especially when the laptop is BRAND NEW.

The worst part is dell is NO HELP. I tried calling, Bot says your return period closed. Then I ask for an agent and it says it's closed ( I called in the right hours by the way, I checked). Then I go into the dell chat. Unfortunately there is no chat for returns. So I go to chat for some other subject, the agent says they cant help me but gives me a similar dell return number. I call same thing happens the bot says its closed. Finally I send an email start a service request. To discuss and try to get a return. This is the second day and no one has responded yet. I am beginning to lose hope. I just want to return this laptop, I can't use an unstable machine. I go to college and I have been really busy that's why it was hard for me to actually contact dell. I am hoping a dell person sees this and hopefully I get to return it.

You haven't made a case that they should consider your request.  You knew you had 30 days and exceeded that;  no, you're not entitled to a return.  If there's an issue with the system, arrange a warranty repair.
