Hello Everyone,

I have had this printer for some time and I suppose its possible the printer has just given up on me, however...

I used this printer the other day, 2 or 3 days ago, and it printed fine. No problems whatsoever.

Today I tried to printer something and the nothing happened.

In Settings > Printer & Scanners the printer is listed as offline.

When I look at the printer there are no lights lit up at all, nothing.

Its as if there is no power getting to the printer.

What I have tried:

• Double check that the power cord was indeed plugged in, both to a power outlet and the printer.
• Checked the printer cable, made sure it was plugged in, both to the CPU and the printer.
• Flipped the power switch, on the back of the printer, off and on.
• Changed out the power cable, its just a standard computer power cable, there's nothing special about it.

As I mentioned, its as if the printer were turned off or unplugged, but its not. What have I missed? What can I check to determine if this is fixable or if I need to replace the printer.

Any help will be appreciated.
