I have installed the recently purchased duplexer and installed it as directed. I then printed the Printer Settings Report. The Duplex module is listed under the Printer Options. Yet, it is listed as off in the PCL settings list from web control. Under web control PRINTER STATUS, It shows the Duplexer cover and mod closed. But, when I request the Duplex printing, all that is shown is one sided printing.

 

So how do I tell the printer driver or turn on the duplexer? It is plugged in as specified in the installation instructions.
