Where, oh where, is a list of error codes for the Dell 3100cn. I'd think the list would be in the manual, but why would it be in the obvious place?

I am attempting to setup this printer in a Unix / Mac environment and just can't get this beast to behave itself. It is constantly giving me error code '016-302' on the
front panel. I'd love to know what that means.
