    Hello Nick,

The ADF cannot handle double-sided documents for double-sided printing. The only possibility is to use the document feeder glass and to flip it manually.

Does anyone know of a program that will put all the pages from Scandoc1 on uneven numbered pages in a new document, and all pages from Scandoc2 on even numbered pages in that same new document?

This way one could scan upside first (Scandoc1) and then backsides (Scandoc2)...

    Anyone? :)

You can solve it by scanning front pages first into 1 document, then flip and scan the backsides.

Then, merge these two documents into one: with first document as odd pages and second document in reversed order as even pages in that same new document...

    I found a free solution, here: superuser. com/ questions/516612/merge-two-pdf-files-containing-even-and-odd-pages-of-a-book

Install PDFtk Free. Copy C:\Program Files (x86)\PDFtk\bin\pdftk.exe & libiconv2.dll to your shared Dell scan folder. You will not be using the GUI, that will not offer the options you need!

Right click the Dell folder with SHIFT pressed; chose Open command prompt here from the options. This should work if you scan to your work computer. If not, manually cd to the correct folder in the command prompt :)

    Then, in command prompt, type:

    C:\Dell>pdftk A=img-150324011451.pdf B=img-150324011613.pdf shuffle A Bend-1 output collated_pages.pdf

This will put all the pages in perfect order :)

POST-EDIT: I also found Sedja, an online service - which I think is a web-based front for pdftk ;-) Works the same way, though my document was 3 bytes smaller :)
