962 paper jam

Hi.
I have the 962 all in one printer and recently the paper started jamming each time the paper feeds in.  I have tried all the steps in the manual to refeed and adjust the paper feed, but it still jams and wrinkles and gets stuck on the reel inside the back door.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks
Alivia

"on that end, it only proves that your printer needs a replacement..."

Well, if the obstruction is found and removed, I can't see how a replacement would still be needed.  Items are going to find a way to obstruct the paper path from time to time on printers, it's a fairly simply 'do-it-yourself' to find and remove the item.  A new printer would only be in order if there was found to be some sort of mechanical failure with the 962 itself...

on that end, it only proves that your printer needs a replacement... call your printer tech support and they will run you through a series of steps that i think you have already ran.. and for sure... your printer will be replace... =)

More than likely, something is stuck in the paper path and causing an obstruction.  I would (using a flashlight) open the rear door on the 962 and see if I could see anything.  Something as small as a torn off corner of paper could be causing this problem.  It might be hard to locate, but I'd bet something is there!

I was getting paper jams on my 962 (I assume we aren't talking about the ADF but the bottom blank paper tray?). Anyway it turns out my paper size guide had been pushed in from A4 which was the correct setting to the next lower paper size (printer is on lower shelf under my desk and must have knocked it with my leg), meaning that my paper stack was compressed up against the roller/paper grabber. First realised there was a problem when the first prints of a run were coming out skewed, then printer started to jam. Problem was resolved when I noticed the paper guide was at the wrong setting and moved it back to A4.
