My printer usually works just fine, but then it needed black ink.  I ordered ink and installed it and it doesn't print anything on the page.  I decided to attempt to put in new color ink too, just in case this should be fresh.  Nothing.  It runs the paper through as if it is printing, but no ink; color or black, appears on the page.

Can anyone help?
