I am oviously not the only one with this problem so has anyone figured a convenient plan for getting Dell to issue a color cartridge replacement program?

 

These printers have the right features for the price, but quality is not one of them. I now can't print until I either buy a new cartridge or suffer through the support line to force them to replace mine as they have for so many others. Perhaps Dell should change their suppliers of the color cartridges.
