Our Dell 2155 Printer is not printing yellow color. I tried replacing with a new ink cartridge but still the same problem. I tried using the cleaning function from the front panel (All cleaning modes) and still the same problem. Any body knows why and how to solve this? Thanks.
Thank you. I did print charts and all of them showed each color nicely except the yellow which is totally nothing except some on the sides of the paper probably because of the yellow powder I see inside the printer when I open the front cover. How do I reseat the print head? where is this print head device located? how can I access it?
Thank you for showing me the manual. We do not have spare PHD unit but the printer is still new and under warranty. Is there a way I can open a technical support ticket online? The printer is still being used for printing black documents since only the yellow is the one that is not working. I cannot afford sending it back and losing the printer now. I would really like to know If there is anyway that can be done without sending the printer away.
To assist you further on this issue, I would request you to private message me the service tag of the printer, along with registered owners name and address.

Hi MICK.D,
Locate the cause of the problem using the Pitch Configuration Chart.
Check the quality of the print and post the results.
