Hi,

On a Compaq C700 I'm running Vista Basic with a Dell 720 Photo Printer installed (original Dell driver). I've installed the "Patch" that is on the support section of the Dell site. However, the problem comes when a print is finished. The printer prints fine, but when it's finished the job doesn't clear from queue, and the printer status stays open. At this point, the only thing I can do to clear the queue is do a possible reboot, but, come on, I'm not doing that every time it prints. Is this a problem with the print driver? It's my understanding that the print driver queues the jobs and deletes them from the queue, also.

Any thoughts?
