This looks like an issue with cartridge or printhead. Let us try some steps which might help us fix the issue.

Please use the panel button and scroll to admin menu.

Select maintenance and select deep clean.

This should flush any dried ink which should help you get back to printing.

If this does not work then try a different cartridge and see if that works.
