DELL v305 AIO error message

I'm trying to setup this printer on a new computer. Everything seems to be fine but there is an error message that reads:

Only one device or media card is allowed. Please remove all but one device or card.

Please remove all of the memory card and press [checkmark].

The problem is that there isn't anything plugged in. How do I clear this error message

Hi theKEV,

This error indicates that more than one memory card or device is inserted in the printer. If there is no memory card inserted, insert a memory card in each slot to check if there is any obstruction. If the memory card is inserted properly, disconnect it and check if the issue persists.

You can try to restore the printer default settings:

Turn on the printer.

From the operator panel, use the left and right Arrow buttons  to scroll to SETUP, and then press the Select button .

Use the left and right Arrow buttons  to scroll to Defaults, and then press the Select button .

Use the left and right Arrow buttons  to scroll to Set Defaults, and then press the Select button .

Use the left and right Arrow buttons  to scroll to Use Factory, and then press the Select button .

Select the correct language and country.

Please try these steps and share the status.
