Dell v305 printer- "powering off" error

So i've had this printer for about 3 years, and recently, whenever I turn it on, the little screen flashes "wireless adapter detected...powering off" with a red exclaimation point next to the screen, within a few seconds. To turn it back on, I have to unplug the power cable, and plug it back in, and the same thing happens.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

    section12,

Unplug the printer from the wall. Remove the power brick from the back of the printer for 60 seconds. This will reset any error message the printer is getting.

Sounds like the printer may have lost it's settings or the adapter may have come loose. Make sure, while the power brick is removed that the wireless adapter is in place properly.
