HELP !!! 3115cn don't want to install properly ( no scanning)

big trouble ti install 3115cn on my computer/Network

hello

I can't install correctly my new 3115cn printer .

1/ I always have this message after installation : "no scanning driver identified"; so I never can't scanning ( with USB it don't work too)
I have uninstall and reinstall at many time... WITHOUT SUCCES !! (I have tried on Windows XP and on Windows Vista ( new pc too) )

2/I can't configure for my wireless network ( print is good, scanning said " network not ready" )

I have tried to joined the hotline during 1 hour without success ... So i'm desapointed.

Thank you to help me ....

    I am having the same problem and have post the question with no reply for a solution. I have uninstall and reinstall the software several times. We purchase a second 3115CN to be connected to a second computer and that install went flawless. Tried using the same disk on the older computer and printer and still get the same error "No scan driver has been registered"
