Help, I can't get my printer to recognize that there is a black cartrage in it. There was an old one, so I took it out and put in a new one (ordered from dell) and it doesn't recognize that its there. The display screen says "black cartrage missing" There isn't any blue tape on the bottom, and the two cartrages look exactly alike. It still recognized the old one, but not the new one. help please.
