Brand new M5200 and it keeps pulling extra pages when printing. Sometimes a sentence is printed partially on the 1st page and the page it pulled.
It is happening a lot. I have tried cleaning it and reviewing all the menus/defaults. Everything is set up correctly. I have even installed brand new paper and different types of paper. The problem still occurs. Never had this problem with any of my HP LaserJets.
What do you mean by pulling extra pages?
Do you mean that printer takes two (or more) pages at the time when printing?
Or that when your print the part of the text goes to one page and then it gets moved to another page?
Meaning the printer pulls two pieces of paper when printing a one page document. It is not printing a blank page, it is actually pulling the extra paper.
It seems that either the paper you are using is too light or smooth for the pickup rollers. Try to check if it is supported by this pritner first. If it is, then contact your local Dell support, you might have a problem with rollers, so they will need to be changed.
