Does anyone know the amount of memory included with a refurbrished 1700?  The inventory list at Dell Outlet shows 0 RAM for all 1700's in inventory [vs the 16MB a new 1700].  I'm guessing that there really is 16MB in a refurbrished 1700, but I'd like to confirm.

PS.  Tried calling customer support.  Got transferred 5 times - each person couldn't answer the question.  Last person simply hung up!
