Maybe someone can help me. I am using DELL B2360dn printer for a while.
Last week i changed the cartridge but can't use the printer as it was saying : Missing or unresponsive cartridge. I thought it is faulty so received a replacement. I put the replacement in and a new message appeared: Missing or unresponsive imaging unit.
I got a new replacement imaging drum - but the message still appears.
I know this thread is 9 months old, but in case anyone else runs into this problem like I did....
Remove the toner cartridge and imaging unit and look at the top, right area inside the printer. You should see a set of four metal pins. One of mine was bent forward, to fix this error i bent the one pin back in line with the other three. Hope that helps!
Help...I found the 4 metal pins at the top right inside the printer, but they all aligned perfectly. The error message remained and I can not use the printer. Any ideas?
We are having the same problem. The pins look fine. If we close the open and close the door it will print two pages, then stop and give the error again. We have tried three imaging units.
