I have a Windows XP media center laptop and I'm connecting to a Dell 962 photo printer. After adding the printer, when I try to look at the properties, it keeps telling me "the driver is not installed, do you want to install it?". I've installed the driver several times but it keeps prompting and I can't print from this computer.

If I try to print it gives "unknown error".

Please help!!!
