Printer 1600n - paper jam 1
Hi,
The printer jammed in the middle of a photocopying job, it took up about 8 pages at one time and got stuck somewhere in the middle. Had to remove the toner to remove the paper. After that it began to give real problems, it will not photocopy or print normally, after each page, it will jam again somewhere in the middle, opening and closing the front door will allow the print/photocopy process to proceed, but it will automatically output two pages, one that was being photocopied or printed and a blank one, both of them will have creases/depressions somewhere in the middle or top area. It now fails to recognize any paper from the manual feeder. Is there a way to recify this? I figure the sensor has a problem, but what is the best solution?
Thanks,
