    Hi,

Are you using a proper paper type?

When did you start having this problem? Has it been working fine for 6 months and then this problem started?

Have you called the support again to report this?

    Regards,

    Chris

    Hi,

Have you called the Dell Technical Support for this and asked them for advice?
It really depends on what kind of paper you're using at start. It can be your paper that is damaging components.
You should call for this before you warranty expires.
    Regards,
    Chris
