I have a Dell 1720 Laser Printer which keeps beeping when it prints. I am not using manual feed. Just the regular paper tray with lots of paper in it. The printer is only about 3 weeks old. How can I turn off this beeping?
I was having the same beeping issue with a Dell 3100cn. The constant beeping was driving me crazy. I had it plugged into a UPS. A suggestion from another message board was to plug it directly into the wall outlet. I was skeptical but figured it was worth a try. Sweet silence, it worked! Will now try to plug it into a surge protector for safety and hopefully no more beeping....
