Hello all - apologies in advance if these questions have been posted previously.

 

1. I can't access the "select color settings manually" selection in the Quality Options tab of the A960 printer driver. The selection is shaded out.  Also, the "print color images as black and white" selection from the main screen is shaded out.  Anyone know how to enable these selections?  I am logged in to XP Pro with admin rights to the PC.

2. In the PC Fax dialer - how does one program in a "pause" to a speed dial number?  I tried entering a "," or a "P", but it appears the dialog box only accepts numbers.  Pause is available if dialing manually on the A960.
