I have a user that had a Dell Data Protection Encryption on his old hard drive, that was not working right. I put in a new hard drive and reinstalled the OS. I put the old hard drive into an enclosure and used it as an external. I tried to get all transfer the data, but the hard drive has Dell Data Protection Encryption on it, and is showing that all of the files are not readable. Does anyone know where to find this software to download and remove the encryption from the external hard drive?
