Man the question is absolutely clear! In my case I quit my old company and my peripheral still tied with old pc!
That is the issue!
How we can solve that!

@Jesse L (retired)​ the problem isn't with the computer, it's the mouse. When you open the Dell Peripherial Manager it shows that the mouse is paired with two devices, but there is no option to unpair them. As a result I can't pair my mouse with a new device because it's already paired with two other devices.

How do we clear the devices that the mouse is paired with???

Same problem using USB wireless dongle, not bluetooth.  The found peripherals are not listed either.

Hi. I am facing the same issue. I am not able to remove an old paired device from the peripheral manager. I wonder how they can make a software and not give such option to remove it. Were you able to find a solution?

@Jackson321​ I found a way. To others as well who are facing the issue.

The first slot is for the USB and the second and third are for the Bluetooth. Suppose you are trying to replace the second Bluetooth connection and connect with a new one. In that case, you can force pair it on top of the existing one by long pressing the pair button on the mouse (the button with which you switch the connection) when you reach number 2 on the mouse and on the keyboard long press the switch button when you reach that number (number 2 in our case) and pair it with the new one. The peripheral app won't show you the correct pairing I think but by this way, you can pair the new device on top of the existing one.

Has anyone gotten the unpair function to work in the management app?

Currently running Dell Peripheral Manager 2.1.1.12. Trying to unpair a keyboard and mouse via USB dongle which I don't want to be paired anymore.
If I hover over the paired devices within the app, it doesn't do anything. If I click on the devices in the app, it doesn't do anything. If I click on the pairing icon within the app, it doesn't do anything. 
The only thing that does function within the app, is to either add new devices or check the settings. I can't even modify the key functions/macros of each device. 

Why does the app not give me the ability to unpair a device?

Found a fix. Download an older version of the app. In my case, Peripheral Manager 1.60, unpair option and even assigned keys ability now appears to be working again. Dell has somehow busted their own app.

@Murti52​ Thanks a lot Murti52. I finally worked it out.

For anyone still facing this issue, as @Murti52 said, long press the button that switches the connection option will clear the existing pairing on that channel. It works for both the keyboard and mouse.
