After reading the postings in this forum I contacted Technical Support. They duly sent me CDs containing the System Software, Windows XP, Sonic Digital Media and Sonic MyDVD. This collection unfortunately contains only DMX 2.1
The part number U8032 referred to in these forums for DMX 3.0 came up as the deluxe version which they refused to send me without further charge.

Has anyone outside the US managed to get hold of a the CD through an "Exchange order".
