Download link for cyberlink media software broken

accidentally deleted the software, tried to download and reinstall however the link is broken (both IE and Google Chrome):

Server Error in '/Web' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

I have had a similar problem. I go to the link provided and nothing is there related to the software that was supposed to come with the computer. searching the computer provides no indication that it was ever on it. There is no response from customer service. I'm not even sure anyone works there. I guess they are laughing all the way to the bank--scamming consumers with promises of one thing and not delivering on the promise. When this thing goes up in smoke like the last one, I guess it will be time to jump ship to Apple.
