For no apparent reason my MS Outlook will not allow me to click on any hyperlinks to open them. This was never an issue until recently and I can not figure out why or how to change it. The message I get is "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system adminstrator." I have adminstrator rights but I have not been able to correct this so any help would be appreciated.
