NO Office 2013
From where and when do I obtain the Office 2013 media I purchased? I bought a XPS 15 with Office 2013, Adobe Lightroom & Cyberlink. Both Lightroom & Cyberlink were downloaded automatically through Dell Downloads, no problems excellent service. The pre-installed Office is 365 which does not accept the received activation key. How do I proceed?

Hi johnjlan,
If you've purchased the MS Office 2013 with your new system. Then you will receive the MPI card which contains the activation key of MS office 2013. As MS Office 365 came preinstalled along with the system, I would suggest you to uninstall Office 365 and reinstall Office 2013.
To download MS office 2013 please open this link: http://office.com/myaccount
page options to download the MS office 2013 setup file. After downloading the file , you must install
it and this file will not ask for the Activation code. Once installed , kindly open it and activate the product.
