Ran that & now the program wont run or install.Error code 0652 comes up.Revo uninstaller is what started this problem in the first place.I was cleaning up something & somehow removed Roxio that came with my computer.So now that I've D/L the Roxio program 3 times from dell it wont let me do it anymore.I burned it to dvd and it wont install from that .

I would suggest you to disable antivirus and firewall on your system and try installing the Roxio.

Also, please cleanboot the system using the link below and check if you are able to install the application.
